20 Totally INSANE Moments From Recent Horror Movies

Eli Roth's Ice Cream Man is a solid contender for the year's worst horror film, even ignoring the egregious use of Generative AI.

The single highlight is the film's commitment to some amusingly over-the-top practical gore effects once the town is overrun with children who are turned murderous after consuming some of the ice cream man's (Ari Millen) tainted treats.

At one of the local schools, the kids turn violently against their teachers, resulting in one of them being attacked by a child, stabbed in the head, and then having the entire top of their skull being removed.

The kid then uses an ice cream scoop to, you guessed it, scoop out their brains, put it in an ice cream cone, and then feed it to the somehow-still-alive teacher.

Again, this is 98% an awful movie that just so happens to have a few bursts of inspired, creative practical gore that clearly belong in a far better film.
