3. Frank Detorri - Osmosis Jones (2001)

How could a gross-out comedy animation from the Farrelly brothers focussing mostly on the chance of emissions from Bill Murray's various orifices not work?! That seems to have been the sales pitch for this curiosity, along with the promise to have Murray literally fart William Shatner out of his body. Seemingly based entirely on the Ten Second Rule (Murray eats an eat that has been fondled and dropped by a chimpanzee because he's that kind of idiot), Osmosis Jones was an odd experiment that somehow cost $70m and made just $12m back. Ot's frankly disheartening to see Murray - a comedy character actor usually so invested in wit and charm being reduced to playing a slob, whose bodily functions are literally the star of the show, and you have to wonder whether a good deal of that $70m was used to convince him to temporarily drop all self respect.
