3. Another Excellent Adventure And/Or Bogus Journey Awaits

The year is 2020. The place is earth. And the task is for two goofy best friends to reunite after 25 years to write a song that will bring mankind back together - just as they had done before.

Yes, Bill & Ted Face The Music's plot is all about redemption, as they pair attempt to make the musical comeback of the century, writing that song and proving their worth to the Great Leader in the process. However, with time against them, they decide to use time itself in their favour and travel to the future to meet their future selves and steal the song from them.

If that doesn't sound like a Bill & Ted movie, then I don't know what does. As the trailer highlights, it's off-the-wall, campy, over-the-top and implausible... and it's no doubt going to work.

We don't know much, but we do know that Bill & Ted is seemingly timeless. And if we've learned anything from this trailer, it's that we should be expecting another hilariously enjoyable adventure worthy of turning this film saga into a trilogy.
