Black Panther: 13 Biggest Unanswered Questions

7. Why Didn't T'Chaka Take His Brother's Body Back To Wakanda?

The Question: Why didn't T'Chaka remove his brother N'Jobu's (Sterling K. Brown) corpse from his apartment after killing him? By not doing so, not only did he ensure that young Erik would find his corpse (rather than assume he'd abandoned him), but also that he'd see the panther claw wounds and know who murdered him.

The Likely Answer: Another "because movie" moment, really, but the canonical answer is probably something along the lines of T'Chaka being so saddened and disappointed by his brother's betrayal that he didn't see fit to give him a proper Wakandan burial or even clean up the crime scene.

Plus, let's be honest, would he really have been able to foresee Killmonger growing up to become the terrorist that he did? And 25 years ahead of time? Not a chance.
