12. The Wizard Of Oz

When Everett Ross is injured and goes to Wakanda for treatment, he's unconscious thanks to one of the strange orbs that the Wakandans carry around for a significant number of purposes. So after his remarkably quick recovery, he wakes up not knowing where he is.

Luckily for him, he has the ever-sarcastic Shuri there to assist him and when he asks if he's in Wakanda, she drolely retorts that it's actually Kansas. It's throw-away but it's a nice little reference to the iconic "not in Kansas any more" scene in The Wizard of Oz.

And it's a clever way of acknowledging that Wakanda is genuinely something of a wonder land.
