The post-credits scene sees the return of Bucky Barnes to the MCU. After being put on ice at the end of Captain America: Civil War, he has been deprogrammed thanks to Shuri and is now in recuperation in Wakanda.

He's still minus an arm (though he's definitely getting a Vibranium one in time for Infinity War), but he says himself that he "feels a lot better" even though Shuri says he still has a lot to learn.

Most interestingly, he's referred to by the local children as White Wolf, who was a character in the Black Panther comics created by

White Wolf was the name of a character created by Christopher Priest. He was an oprhan whose parents were killed in a plane crash, after which he was adopted by T'Chaka, He suffered prejudice at the hands of other Wakandans for his skin colour but rose to the position of head of the Wakandan secret police before his jealousy saw him clash with T'Challa and end up being exiled.

That's unlikely to happen in the films - especially as part of the story is reused for KIllmonger in Black Panther - but it's still a nice reference all the same. And White Wolf is a pretty cool nickname for Bucky to adopt for future films.
