What We Know So Far

Having made his debut in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Klaue has had to wait a significant period of time to come back into the main story picture. He was left without an arm there, but still very much operational, and by the look of the trailer, he's turned his attention to stealing artefacts from museums.

That presumably leads him to Korea, where T'Challa and the Dora Milaje capture him and bring him to Everett Ross, before he is busted out by Killmonger, who sees him as an important ally. And by the look of it, he's a lot more unstable than he used to be.

According to the EW piece on the film's trailer, Klaue is motivated by his greed for Vibranium, and he's getting a new version of his classic arm weapon from the comics. In the film, in place of his sonic emitter, he uses a piece of advanced Wakandan mining equipment as an arm-cannon.

Presumably, we're going to see Bucky as well, but he's yet to be taken off ice for the trailer, and the likes of Sterling K Brown's N'Jobu and John Kani's T'Chaka are also so far unrevealed (though we know what the former looks like).
