One of the most startling images in the entire trailer is that of actor Isaach De Bankolé, who is credited as a "River Tribe Elder". He essentially has a giant flesh tunnel in his lip, which contains a green disc. It's rather unsettling, and you have to wonder how in the Hell the guy can even manage to speak. Or maybe he has no tongue anyway and decided to just have some fun with it...

Anyway, the man appears to be part of a Wakandan counsel, likely the one who will deal with Erik Killmonger considering that he's brought through the very same door. The Dora Milaje can also be seen at the sides of the room in their more formal red regalia.
