Black Panther: Wakanda Forever: 23 WTF Moments

There's really no way to be kind about two absolutely awful design choices the filmmakers made during the final battle.

First and foremost there's the atrocious Midnight Angel costumes for Okoye and the rest of the Dora Milaje, which with their ridiculous blue helmets make them look like rejected Power Rangers villains.

It's even weirder as the movie makes several jokes about how ugly the suits are, yet they're genuinely a distracting, offputting presence during the climax.

And then there's Riri's new Ironheart suit, which with its primary bright red colouring and slickly shiny design, looks less like an armoured battle suit than a cheap plastic toy.

Both instances are the epitome of over-design, and add a needless element of visual ugliness to an already relatively unremarkable final set-piece.
