6. Nat's Equally Ridiculous Solution To The Pheromone Trick
A few moments before she tries to kill Dreykov, Nat gets smacked around by him, seemingly willingly while she taunts and goads him, basically asking, "Is that all you got?"
Once Dreykov reveals the pheromone trick, a flashback to earlier in the mission reveals that Melina informed Natasha about this, while advising her to find a way to sever the nerve in her nose which would prevent her from taking in the pheromones.
And so, Nat has been intentionally getting hit by Dreykov in an attempt to damage her nose enough to sever the nerve. When that doesn't quite do the job, she then smashes her face on Dreykov's desk, finally lifting his hold over her.
