Black Widow: 21 WTF Moments

During Nat's one-on-one showdown with Dreykov in his office, she attempts to both shoot and stab him but realises she's physically unable to.

While viewers might be expecting a reveal where it turns out that Nat is somehow under the same mind control as all the other Black Widows, it actually turns out that Dreykov installed a pheromone lock on every single Widow, meaning that the pheromones he secretes prevents them from being able to harm him.

It's an incredibly silly moment in an already deeply silly movie, though at least the film has a fittingly absurd solution to this problem...
