With all the uncertainty around what from the Marvel TV era of the MCU will remain canon going forward now that the television side has been brought under the oversight of Kevin Feige, fans can at least rest easy that at least one show has been directly acknowledged by the films: Agent Carter. In Avengers: Endgame, James D'Arcy's Edwin Jarvis turned up alongside Howard Stark, a pleasant surprise for those of us who loved the series for its two-season run.

Notably, the series prominently featured one of Nat's predecessors, Dottie Underwood, a Red Room assassin who became a perpetual thorn in Peggy Carter's side. One of the series' many highlights, Dottie came out the other end of it all alive, having escaped during the ruckus caused by Whitney Frost's shooting of Ana Jarvis only to never be seen again.

Had the series gotten its third season, we would've certainly seen more of the character, but it's been several years since it ended with no sign of real closure on the way. Despite that, though, if Dottie were to ever make a return, the Black Widow film would be a perfect way to feature her in a cameo akin to Jarvis' in Endgame, a much older version of her alive and well somewhere in young Nat's Red Room training alongside Madame B.
