Bond 24: 10 Actors Who Would Make Awesome Villains

Who She Would Play: I'm thinking something similar to her Irina Spalko character in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, with the campness reigned in a little so the film doesn't become a complete joke. Because of Blanchett's generally likeable demeanour and eye-pleasing features, it'd need to be a significant physical change from her normal look, to depict her as an ice Queen who is a fair match for Bond. Still, her work in Indy was one of the film's few highlights, and proved she can handle an accent if that's what the role requires. Likelihood Of It Happening: 3/10. Blanchett is likely going to win an Oscar for her work on Blue Jasmine, so may well want to retire to something a little more lightweight after all that heavy lifting. Wouldn't a Bond film be just the way to do it? The only problem is that Bond films very rarely feature female villains, especially as the main attraction.
