9. Chiwetel Ejiofor

Who He Would Play: For better and for worse, the inevitable discussion arises whenever a black actor is considered for a Bond villain as to whether they are going to be playing Live and Let Die's creepy shaman Baron Samedi. That's certainly one possibility, but wouldn't it be more interesting to see an actor of Chiwetel Ejiofor's caliber take on something completely fresh and new? The actor has proven himself a potent villain in Joss Whedon's Serenity, and going by the current awards season he looks great in a suit, so some kind of business honcho would suit him like a glove. Likelihood Of It Happening: 4/10. Chiwetel has enjoyed a huge public profile shift with his award-winning work on 12 Years A Slave, though it'd still be something of a left-field choice given how much Bond producers love their exotic, foreign villains.
