Bond 24: 8 Classic Characters That Should Be Reintroduced In Next Movie

5. Jaws

jaws bondy One of Bond's most iconic foes, Jaws, played by Richard Kiel in The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker, gets his name from his mouth full of metal teeth, his deadlier weapon next to his brute strength. Jaws is intimidating but his constant screw-ups regarding killing Bond were always played very slapsticky. Jaws eventually even found romance in Moonraker and became an ally to Bond, supposedly due to children's letters to director Lewis Gilbert, asking him to make Jaws a good guy. If Jaws was ever to reappear, the slapstick stuff would have to be played down, and his terrifying nature would need to be at the forefront. A little more backstory as to why he has those metal teeth could be interesting (It brings to mind Silva's condition due to the cyanide capsules in Skyfall). Could Jaws work as the main villain of a film, rather than a henchman? If he had more dialogue and character development, Jaws could be a fascinating lead antagonist for Bond.
