Bond 24: 8 Classic Characters That Should Be Reintroduced In Next Movie

1. Wai Lin

yeho Wai Lin, a Chinese spy played by Michelle Yeoh in Tomorrow Never Dies, stands as one of the strongest Bond women in the franchise's history- even though she was made in to a damsel in distress near the end of the film. In his review for the film, critic Roger Ebert actually said he thought it'd be natural for Wai Lin to become one of the regular recurring characters in the series. There were talks of a possible Wai Lin spinoff and she almost appeared in Die Another Day. Unfortunately, these reappearances never came to fruition. But maybe Wai Lin can finally come back in this new continuity. It may be distracting for Michelle Yeoh to reprise her role, so another actress would probably be brought. Maggie Q would be the most obvious choice, since she can kick but with the best of them. And hey, you never know, she could become one of the regulars.
