3. Introduce Other Operatives
While Aaron Cross and Jason Bourne may be the most active survivors, there has to be other soldiers out there who have been marked for death by their own government and forced to run. Showing Aaron Cross encountering these soldiers across the globe will help to continue the wider themes that the last film introduced. The Government cleaning up its mess on a global scale. And these encounters (male and female) could give Aaron some kick ass allies when he goes up against the people who burned him. Alternatively, the US government could specifically create a unit of elite soldiers whose sole aim is to take the operatives who escaped the first cull. We've had single soldiers before, But an entire unit devoted to taking out Aaron Cross and Marta Shearing? This would surely be a global game of cat and mouse with some exciting action sequences to boot. Either way, there must be others put there like Cross and Bourne. They don't have to be major players but it would be interesting to see what happens to them. And the impact they are having on the world.
