Bradley Cooper & Jason Segel battle to be taught a lesson from the BAD TEACHER!

Comedy casting boxing match... In one corner, great looking, blue-eyed, star of the moment - Bradley Cooper (The Hangover, All About Steve, Valentine's Day, He's Just Not That Into You). In the other, quirky, fearless, geeky, but always awkwardly hilarious - Jason Segel (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, I Love You Man, How I Met Your Mother). Just Jared (not really a news site, but we believe them) claims the male role in Bad Teacher, the movie about a filthy-mouthed middle school teacher (Cameron Diaz) who fights for the attention of the school€™s model teacher after she€™s dumped by her boyfriend is down to the above two actors. So will it the conventional 21st century Hollywood lead Cooper, or the more relatable for most men - the award geek Segel? The site claims filming begins in L.A. next week from Jake Kasdan (Zero Effect, Orange County) working off a script by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupinsky - writers of Year One, The Office and the upcoming Ghostbusters 3.
