Brotherhood Review: 6 Ups & 5 Downs

1. The Music Is Absolutely Terrible

It's absolutely reasonable to say that if you're a hardcore fan of Clarke's Hood movies, there's a good chance you might like or even love his musical selections. As for everyone else? Probably not.

With licks from the likes of Asher D, Stormzy, Chip and Lethal Bizzle, you pretty much know what you're getting, and they're mostly jarring, on-the-nose, cringe-worthy and sometimes even headache-inducing.

Sure, there's no accounting for taste, but sticking to a strictly original musical score probably would've served the movie better, rather than injecting loud contemporary rap and grime songs that try to make things seem much more exciting than they actually are.

With all that said, here's everything Clarke gets right...
