Bruce Willis is one half of KANE & LYNCH!

Variety say Bruce Willis is in talks to play the Kane half of the rotten duo Kane & Lynch, pictured left on this promotional image of the Edios Interactive video game which is to be made into a feature film over at Lionsgate from the same producers who gave us the Hitman adaptation last year.

Willis will play Adam "Kane" Marcus, a mercenary who makes an unlikely alliance with a schizophrenic killer named James Lynch. The duo is forced on a mission to retrieve a stolen microchip. The vidgame has sold 2 million copies worldwide since its launch in November, 2007.
Brit Simon Crane - the second unit and stunt coordinator of Hancock, X-Men 3: The Last Stand, Troy and currently on Willis' upcoming sci-fi thriller The Surrogates, will make his feature directing debut. Kyle Ward wrote the script. Lionsgate are now on the hunt for an actor who can generate some great chemistry with Willis (apparently Billy Bob Thornton has been heavily rumored) to play Lynch with filming set to begin before the end of the year. Would love to see a nasty full on version of Pulp Fiction - if it just stayed on two gangsters like John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson for the whole movie, wouldn't you?
