10. The Captain Will Team Up With & Start Dating Sharon Carter

Because Marvel movies still like to adhere to certain "conventional" movie tropes (there still has to be something of a romantic storyline, you see), Captain America finds himself flirting with his next door neighbour in one amusing scene, only to discover that she's an undercover S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who has been stationed in the apartment opposite his own for protection purposes. Though it only makes for a minor plot point, there are all sorts of hints scattered throughout The Winter Soldier that sort of imply that Steve Rogers might end up in a relationship with this lady. We later find out that this agent's name is Sharon Carter (otherwise know as "Agent 13"), and Black Widow makes various hints over the course of the movie that the Captain should ask her out, something it's implied he's also keen to do. Fans of the Captain will know, too, that Rogers does date Sharon Carter at various points in the official comic lore, further emphasising this as a possibility. She also stops working for S.H.I.E.L.D. in the comics, which certainly means she could do so in Captain America 3 in order to team up - and smooch - with the Captain.
