6. Does It Mean An MCU Civil War Is Happening?

The seeds for a rivalry between Tony Stark and Steve Rogers were firmly planted in the first Avengers movie. There was clearly some hostility between the pair, with both men taking shots at each other about their legitimacy as superheroes. It appears to be leading towards a Civil War movie story - an arc from the comics in which a Superhuman Registration Act was enforced, with Tony Stark on the pro-registration side and Steve Rogers on the anti-registration side - but will that be happening in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Or is the rivalry between the pair going to be much more personal and smaller in scale? If it does happen, is this going to be the movie in which it occurs (Captain America 3: Civil War)? Or will this movie simply lay the foundations for an outright Civil War movie in the future? So many questions.
