Captain America: Civil War - 10 Biggest Moments Of Foreshadowing

1. "This Was Their Fight" (The Avengers)

In what was essentially the epilogue of 2012's The Avengers, there was a scene that ran through a number of televised reactions to what had just gone down in New York City (the Avengers fending off Loki's army of Chitauri warriors and Leviathans). The views of those on television regarding the Avengers were somewhat mixed. Many thanked them for their heroics, some didn't even believe they existed (Stan Lee...) and others weren't impressed by the mess they had left behind (you know, in spite of the fact that they'd just saved the planet from being taken over by a demigod and his alien hordes). One of those unimpressed people was New York's own Senator Boynton, who called for the regulation of super-powered individuals. Boynton said "These so called heroes have to be held responsible for the destruction made to the city. This was their fight. Where are they now?" This was a clear foreshadowing of what will go down in Captain America: Civil War. Have you enjoyed the foreshadowing of Captain America: Civil War?
