Captain America: Civil War - 10 MCU Problems It Needs To Fix
4. Cap & Bucky's Broken Friendship
In Captain America: The First Avenger, two war heroes who happened to be childhood friends appeared to perish. Captain America AKA Steve Rogers was forced to crash Red Skull's aircraft in the Arctic, in order to prevent it from exploding in a populated area, while Bucky Barnes fell from a train that was carrying Arnim Zola. Both men were later revealed to be alive, however, as Captain America had been frozen in ice for around seventy years and Barnes had been saved by HYDRA, who brainwashed him and turned him into an assassin. The two would cross paths in the modern day as enemies in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, but the movie ended with signs that Barnes was starting to remember who he really was. He is set to be on Captain America's team in the Civil War and it will be good to see their friendship fully reconciled, without any hints of Barnes returning to his assassin ways and without the pair lacking trust in each other. They're meant to fight alongside each other as devoted friends and allies.
