Captain America: Civil War - 10 Most Exciting Potential Post-Credit Scenes

Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 might not organically line up with the happenings of Civil War, but for Marvel, that may not matter. It’s one of their biggest upcoming films and that tonal difference wouldn't be enough to stop them from reminding casual audiences that a sequel is on the way.

The potential scene that would garner the most excitement for that franchise would surely be a tease of Kurt Russell’s as Star-Lord’s father. His identity remains one of the biggest mysteries of the film but even an appearance of the esteemed actor in costume, watching the Guardians from afar, would build on the hype for the sequel.

Revealing Russell's specific identity as Mar-Vell, Adam Warlock or the Beyonder wouldn’t matter much. Instead, this tease would be more like an introduction back into that world, as was the case with The Collector’s inclusion after The Dark World.

Making this even more plausible is the fact that the Guardians sequel just started shooting, potentially affording James Gunn the time to craft his own scene to be used for Civil War.
