10. Imprisonment

One of the more intriguing shots from the trailers was this, of a large, mysterious structure rising out of the sea. 

Based on the Civil War arc, the comics in general, and the plotline of Captain America being thought of as a vigilante - i.e. criminal - in this film, then the extreme likelihood is that this is a prison, a combination of Prison 42 (which is used in Civil War, but exists in the negative zone, which Marvel can't use) and the Raft (an underwater prison facility from the comics). 

That means not only do we get the fantastic shot of this prison rising out of the water, but we're going to see at least one of the heroes thrown in there, and chances are this means we're going to see the arrest of Captain America (which was hinted at back in the first trailer).
