Back in January, MCU producer Louis D'Esposito posted a selfie with Tom Holland on the Civil War set that made it clear from the actor's make-up that Spider-Man will actually do some sort of fighting in Civil War. In light of the final trailer, that might suggest that the "Underoos" sequence goes South pretty quickly for Spidey.
