The end shot of the trailer really sets up the big fight between the two teams, as they stand in line and face off against each other. In the blue corner: Captain America, Bucky, Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye, Falcon, and Ant-Man (bonus question: where's Agent 13/Sharon Carter in all of this?). In the red corner: Iron Man, Black Panther, Vision, Black Widow, and War Machine. Let's get ready to rumble. The prospect of heroes fighting heroes is an exciting one, and this trailer sets it up really well, with some very intriguing match-ups poised to take place there - Black Widow vs Hawkeye, Bucky vs Black Panther, Scarlet Witch vs Vision, Falcon vs War Machine, Cap vs Iron Man, Ant-Man vs... Spider-Man? Maybe. Is this going to lead up to the climax of the movie, or is there going to be some sort of fakeout in the face of a new threat, a la Batman V Superman? With Crossbones and Baron Zemo in the movie, it's a possibility, but hopefully Marvel know better than that, and the conflict does last the entire movie and plays a major part in the ending.
