3. "The Futurist"

In a particularly bizarre moment, when the Avengers are locked up in The Raft, Hawkeye appears to have lost the plot, ranting angrily at Stark in uncharacteristically unhinged fashion. At one point he also calls Stark "The Futurist", which is of course a reference to him calling himself it in the comics...

But as well as referencing Stark's visionary attempts to save the planet from itself, the title is also a reference to Robert Downey Jr's debut album, released in 2004. That surely cannot be an accident.

Incidentally, Stark's realisation that the prison is nowhere for heroes directly mirrors Peter Parker's revelation about the Negative Zone's prison 42 in the comics.
