Just before Ant-Man steals the show in the amazing airport sequence (and after he's gone full Jiminy Cricket inside Tony Stark's Iron Man suit), he has to psyche himself up to turn himself into Giant Man, given his lack of successful test runs.

If you pay close attention, his psyche up involves repeating "I'm the boss, I'm the boss", like his seemingly unlikely cinematic hero...

This isn't the only time Paul Rudd has used an iconic De Niro mirror scene as a reference point. He riffed heavily on both this and Taxi Driver in Wanderlust too, in easily the funniest scene of his entire career. Look it up, do not watch it at work without headphones, and thank me later.
