Captain America: Civil War - 8 Post-Credit Stingers That Could Happen

6. Paging Doctor Strange

This is one of the more likely post-credit scenes giben that Doctor Strange is due out later in the year and naturally Marvel are going to want to promote their new hero. Doctor Strange is set to be played by Benedict Cumberbatch, of course, a neurosurgeon who gets into a horrific car accident and then realises he has a big destiny - and special powers. The feature film will presumably show the accident and Strange's subsequent transformation in extensive detail, but there's still a chance that the Civil War post-credit scene could hone in on this character before he begins his journey as a superhero. Given that Doctor Strange starts out not only as the world's best neurosurgeon, but as a huge egotist, a post-credit scene could show an injured Avenger - War Machine, perhaps? - being brought into hospital in order to receive a life-saving surgical procedure, only to be assigned one Stephen Strange as his doctor. At this point, he might well mutter something sarcastic about superheroes in general - a good way to bring him into the fold whilst also establishing his rather jerky persona.
