Captain America: Civil War - 8 Post-Credit Stingers That Could Happen

4. What Baron Zemo Did Next...

As the big bad of Civil War, Baron Helmut Zemo - as played by actor Daniel Brühl - will more than likely spend the sum of the film taking advantage of the superhero situation at hand. But given the size of the conflict and the fact that the majority of the film is going to centre on the confrontation between Captain America, Iron Man and the rest of the heroes in the film, it seems safe to assume that Zemo's part will be somewhat small. Which, in turn, suggests that he'll survive the events of the movie, only to return in subsequent installments. It's possible that a post-credits stinger could hone in on Baron Helmut, then, revealing him to have survived his skirmish with The Avengers after an explosive battle that caused us to believe he was dead... or maybe the scene could expose him as an agent of a high power, like Thanos, having been tasked with exacerbating the Civil War conflict all along? Whatever happens, there's a high chance of this particular villain getting his own post-credit moment, especially if the movie initially tricks us into think he's been vanquished.
