3. Thanos In The Collector's Lair
Just to make sure you hadn't forgotten him, Thanos appeared at the end of Avengers: Age Of Ultron and declared that he'd set out to find the Infinity Stones by himself, causing audiences everywhere to collectively sigh: "Why weren't you doing that in the first place, guy?" A post-credits scene at the end of Captain America: Civil War could catch us up on that goal, perhaps honing in on this galactic villain playing detective and using his intimidation skills to nab an Infinity Stone? Given that the Collector is in possession of a Stone (the Aether, given to him to look after by Thor's Asgardian buddies) we could get to see Thanos cross paths with Benicio Del Toro's character, threatening Taneleer Tivan and taking his most prized possession. This would bring Thanos closer to his ultimate goal, nicely setting the stage for the upcoming Infinity War. The Collector can't keep that Infinity Stone in his mitts forever, after all, and this post-credit scene would speed up the process of Thanos having to collect them all.
