8. Despite That, He's A Very Capable Fighter

He might be a fledgling hero, but Spidey has some serious moves. Even though Tony Stark has specific concerns about him being involved in direct combat (then why the hell did he think it was appropriate to recruit him?!), Spidey proves himself adept with a fighting style that is all about maneuverability and inventiveness.

In contrast to the military trained characters (pretty much everyone), or characters who learned their skills second hand from experts (like Ant-Man) or as a cultural thing (Black Panther), Spidey is a self-taught hero and he lacks polish.

But thanks to the exceptional swinging mechanics and effect work, Parker can use his speed and tactical intelligence to his strength. He's been rebooted into the underdog hero that he always was in the comics, and that feels like the right way to approach him for comic book fans.
