Though they weren't given a great deal of screen time compared to some of the other more central characters, it seems inevitable that the Vision/Scarlet Witch dynamic will play a big part in the start of Infinity War.

Even with Wanda underground, Vision's affection for her - which ultimately led to him accidentally doing in Rhodey will turn him into even more of a wildcard. Vision already expressed his desire to be able to control the Infinity Gem in his head (rather than it controlling him), and it seems his quest to become more human will fit in with that personal journey.

Unfortunately, both of those things seem to spell disaster for the robo-Jesus figure. Even if he's able to see what Thanos' plans for the Gems are, he could be seduced by the villain's promise of revelation. The Mad Titan could offer Vision the means to control the Gem and understand his place in the human race as a pretence to crack his head open. Because Vision's powers are such that surrendering the Gem seems the only likely means for Thanos to get his hands on it.

Scarlet Witch's arc looks like it's going to be pretty similar, with her powers continuing to cause her problems as they grow stronger. She's already seen as a significant threat to the general public and her underlying emotional scars make a situation like Avengers: Disassembled or House Of M a distinct possibility.
