1. Wait, This IS A Captain America Movie After All
Up until this point, a lot has been made of the fact that this movie is shaping up to be Avengers 2.5. It's doing the Civil War storyline, which in the comics is much bigger than just Captain America. It's directed by the Russo brothers, who'll next be behind the camera on Avengers: Infinity War. It has almost every on-screen Avenger we've seen so far in it, save for Hulk and Thor, and will be introducing some new ones. This trailer, however, counters that idea, and really enforces the notion that this is Captain America 3. That means Cap will be at the very centre of the story, that he's the true hero of the film, and that it will pick up on the events of The Winter Soldier. That's in particular the case when it comes to his relationship with Bucky, which is going to be behind a lot of his motives and actions in this film, and as mentioned previously parts of this story are going to be very personal to Captain America. Even the idea of the government being in control of him relates back to the way he was created in the first place. Yes, Iron Man, Black Widow, Hawkeye and all the rest are in this film, and will have a major part to play. But this is Captain America's film, and it's Steve Rogers' story.
