6. Black Widow

Natasha Romanoff, AKA Black Widow, is a mere human being. She doesn't possess any actual superpowers, and yet you'd be forgiven for thinking that she'd been injected with the same dose of super serum that Captain America was injected with back in the day. All that is another way of saying that Black Widow is a badass. Her hand-to-hand combat skills are second to none, and she regularly keeps up when fighting alongside actually super-powered individuals such as Thor, Captain America, the Hulk and many, many more. She's also a stealth expert, making her double deadly, whilst her interrogation skills appear to be unrivalled within the confines of the MCU. Oh, and she's boss with a handgun, too. Basically, when a purely human character is able to fight alongside a bunch of superheroes and look just as good, you know she's freakin' powerful. After all, given her status as the only member of the Avengers without powers or a special suit to aid her, doesn't she deserve some special recognition for her efforts?
