5. The Winter Soldier

Bucky Barnes, perhaps better known by his alias The Winter Soldier, was brainwashed into becoming the world's deadliest assassin. He pursued Captain America and proved to be a match for him during their many bouts; at some points during the course of The Winter Soldier, even, Barnes appeared to be the stronger man of the two. Whilst the "brainwashing" side of The Winter Soldier will likely be lessened during his appearance in Captain America: Civil War, there's no doubt that he will retain most of his fighting skills in the movie. Which means that, as far as power rankings go, he's an incredibly dangerous character to have around - one who shouldn't be taken lightly. After all, The Winter Soldier has been trained to perfection in almost every degree: he's a master at hand to hand combat and in weapons of all types (especially guns). Essentially, he's Captain America seen through a dark mirror. With much of the power to match him.
