4. Scarlet Witch
Actress Elizabeth Olsen has described her character, Scarlet Witch, as something of a "wild card," stating that she wouldn't necessarily choose sides in the the context of a Civil WaR. Which means she's a dangerous person to have around - especially when said person possesses psychic powers, the likes of which are yet to be truly understood. Truth is, Scarlet Witch proved herself to be a truly powerful super in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and if the comics are anything to go by, she's destined to wind up being one of the MCU's most inherently powerful individuals. She is, after all, one of those superheroes whose powers remains unclear; audiences don't know, exactly, what she's capable of. And that's frightening. Going by the displays of power she offered up in Age of Ultron, it wouldn't be surprising to ultimately discover there are no real limits to her abilities.
