8. Helmut Zemo

Helmut Zero is a relatively obscure character, and one that - as it stands - audiences know little about. As a result, a fair degree of guesswork has been used to ascertain his place on the list. After all, he's the only character who is either yet to appear in a MCU movie or has yet to appear in a motion picture in general; nobody really knows what to expect. Given that he's been talked up as something of a major villain as far as Captain America: Civil War is concerned, however, it seems safe to assume that - power ranking-wise - Helmut Zemo will place somewhere in the middle. Granted, the MCU incarnation of this character is rumoured to be a lot different from his comic counterpart, but you can imagine that he'll at least end up with some of the same powers - namely his unrivalled ability with swords. Expect him to pose a real threat.
