13. Falcon

Last Seen: Attempting to track down Scott Lang in order to recruit him to the Avengers by the end of Ant-Man. One of the best things about Falcon's existence within the MCU has been that Anthony Mackie's enthusiasm about being a part of it all has bled straight through the screen in all three of his appearances so far. Both actor and character have proven to be great additions, with the palpable camaraderie between Sam Wilson and Steve Rogers being one of the most intriguing, established dynamics that Civil War can build upon. With Bucky set to be fully back in the mix, how Sam will assess such a situation after only seeing Cap's lifelong friend as the Winter Soldier and how it positively or negatively affects his own friendship with Cap can carry a lot of dramatic weight. It's hard to see Sam turning his back on Cap, but in a film where everyone will be questioning one another as allegiances are tested, it'll be interesting to see these two unique, separate friendships collide nonetheless. And, of course, it'll be fun to see Falcon and Ant-Man together in the wake of what went down between them.
