15. Vision

Having been created in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Vision is set to be a part of Iron Man's team in Captain America: Civil War - as you would expect, given that his A.I. is based on JARVIS - but don't expect him to play that much of a part in the movie. There are rumours that the character can't definitively make his mind up which side he should be on, so he may spend quite a lot of time off screen deciding. Moreover, he's considerably tougher and more powerful than any other character in the fight, so the writers might keep him on the sidelines for most of it - the fight will be much more balanced with his involvement kept to a minimum. He could be pivotal to the outcome of the whole thing, however - perhaps ending up on Cap's side and telling Tony Stark to stop fighting, or even using the Mind Stone to pacify everyone - but he's not going to be a major character leading up to that point.
