10. Black Panther
Black Panther AKA T'Challa is the second of the two new heroic additions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe to be making his debut in Captain America: Civil War (the first being that wall-crawler) but you can expect him to have the more prominent role of the pair by far. He'll begin the movie as the subject of a tug-of-war between both Captain America and Iron Man, as the duo each attempt to get him on side in the war. He will, of course, opt to side with Iron Man - thanks to the fact that it'll be alleged that Bucky Barnes killed his father (though he'll actually have been framed for doing so) - and he'll fight against Captain America's anti-legislation team as a result. The trailer has already shown him to be a formidable physical specimen and you can expect T'Challa to get plenty of action in this movie prior to his solo debut in 2017.
