The trailers and TV spots for Captain America: Civil War have been showing off the big superhero team showdown at the airport. Team Iron Man and Team Cap line up across from each other before running in for battle. You may think you've seen a lot of the big highlights already, but you haven't seen anything yet.

"The Airport Sequence," as it's been so cleverly labeled by critics, is the greatest action sequence in the history of superhero movies. It's one of the best sequences in any action blockbuster ever. It is pure cinematic spectacle on a level well beyond the wish lists of even the most imaginative comic book movie fans.

As Team Cap and Team Iron Man do battle, the heroes rotate in and out of various pairings to satisfy a series of "what would happen if" and "who would win in a fight" scenarios. With apologies for the pun, it truly is marvelous to see all of these heroes at work even though it's sad that they have to fight each other at all.
