2. A Surprise Combatant
If that promotional art is a genuine (and given that Jeremy 'Hawkeye' Renner tweeted it, it certainly appears that it is), then the battle lines have already been drawn, and its about as predictable and lopsided as youd expect. War Machine, Vision and Iron Man are on Team Stark, and Captain America has a collection of soldiers and spies with some cool gimmicks. Great. No, while everyone likes the idea of Robots Versus Ninjas in theory, this isnt going to cut it as a Marvel-themed celebrity death match. What we need is something out of left field, to shake things up a little. Show us some characters we havent seen before hey, what about a cameo from Deathlok on the Captains side to even the cyborg stuff out? How about a visit from an Asgardian who isnt Thor Lokis a trickster god, and this kind of friend versus friend schtick is right up his alley. Right now we could do with something different in the trailer, something to raise the stakes a little. Go on, Marvel. Pull a rabbit out of the hat give us something or someone we werent expecting.
