Captain America: The Winter Soldier New Trailer - 5 Things We Learned

5. Falcon Looks Awesome

We'd seen a little bit of Anthony Mackie's Falcon in the previous trailer but, this time around, we really got to see him in action. His wings look a hell of a lot more high-tech than they do in the comic books, as they transform Autobot style from his backpack, unfurling themselves in to a jet-powered, fifteen foot wide serving of awesomeness that is slightly reminiscent of a bad-ass Buzz Lightyear. He is seen working and fighting directly alongside Captain America, gliding and zooming through the air like a real superhero and coming off second best to the Winter Soldier in one scene - which is nothing to be ashamed of, given how formidable the titular antagonist is portrayed as being. He also does a very Hawkeye-esq jump off a building whilst firing dual handguns (you know, like Clint Barton did in the Avengers, but with his bow?). Overall, he looks very impressive and, unless he's the one to die in this movie (we'll get to that later), he could be a real handful for villains in future movies.
