4. Ronan The Accuser Looming Over Earth

Appearing for only a brief second in the trailer is Lee Pace's Ronan the Accuser, who can be seen standing on the front of a Kree warship overlooking Earth.
While we're still yet to discern the intentions of Jude Law's character, the fact remains that Ronan is likely to be the film's chief antagonist. It was his idea to invade Earth in the first place during the Kree-Skrull war, and with this shot positioning the character above the planet, it's likely that Carol left Starforce to warn those on Earth that such a thing was about to happen.
He doesn't say anything in the trailer, but Ronan's still been given a second chance to make an impression after disappointing somewhat in Guardians of the Galaxy. Here's hoping it's a big one.
