5. That Old Lady Is Definitely A Skrull

For those unfamiliar with the concept of the Skrulls, the moment where Captain Marvel lamps an old lady sat on the train is sure to raise a few eyebrows.
What could've brought on such unprovoked cruelty? Does Carol Danvers just hate old people? Did she just have her eyes on that one seat in particular? Well, no. All signs point towards the victim in question being a Skrull, as we're shown a glimpse of the group in their normal form just before the action switches to Carol's attack against the pensioner.
In the comics, the Skrull are actually expert shapeshifters. They can morph into anyone of their choosing, making them expert infiltrators and a pain to track down. It's likely that Carol's been tracking this particular one since her arrival back in L.A. too, so we can only imagine what happens after she confronts them in full view of the public.
