2. Stan Lee's "Cameos"

Despite his sad passing last year, we know that Stan Lee is likely to have one of his traditional cameos in Captain Marvel and the film is likely to carry some sort of tribute to him as the first MCU film to be released after his death.

There's also a "cameo" of sorts for Stan Lee on the website, and a sad reminder that he is no longer with us. Under the Top Secret portion of the site, there are three images: one of Phil Coulson, one of Nick Fury and a blank image that looks like it has failed to load. It's a conscious decision and the URL of the image reveals that the image title was "Excelsior", but it's obviously been removed from the hosts...

That's a nice, gentle reference to Stan Lee's death and a subtle reference to his importance as Captain Marvel's creator as well.
