1. Annihilus?!

Could there be another hint in that URL to the missing image - and indeed the host for all of the images on the website?

Rather than the URL being a Marvel one, the developers have consciously chosen i.annihil.us. That's I Annihilus, in case you missed it, which is definitely a definite reference to the classic Marvel supervillain who debuted in Fantastic Four Annual #6 in 1968.

While that may get fans excited about the possibility of Annihilus appearing as a future villain in the MCU, the URL pre-dates this site - it's actually the media server for all of Marvel’s websites and its name was clearly chosen in reference to the villain by developers having a bit of fun when it came to choosing a name. So maybe don't get too excited.

Still, it's an Easter Egg all the same.
